EFVVA has respect for the environment and because of that ecological issues are very important to us.
All the fabrics and trimmings we use, are produced by companies located in Europe.
We try to work with a close bond to the local community.
EFVVA work with enjoyable, fabrics that are stable and distinctive.
We use materials that have less impact on the environment and the end consumer.
Fabrics which we use are made in Poland and they have certificates:
"OEKO-TEX Standard 100", Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), EU Ecolabel, certificate Safe for Kids.

We recommended our textiles be washed 40°C on a delicates program.

Hand-painted limited collection, tulle & silk in extra delicate washing program on 30 degrees or better hand-wash if possible :-)
REMEMBER

Turn garment inside out before washing.

Do not use fabric detergents which contain bleach.

Avoid dry cleaning where possible. Most dry cleaning methods have a harmful effect on the environment.

To avoid having to iron your laundry, remove the clothes from the washing machine quickly, give them a shake and hang them up on a drying rack to reduce wrinkles and creases.
COTTON - comfortable and versatile, easy to wear and care for, if worn and treated with care, will last for a long time.
VISCOSE - is a semi-synthetic material containing natural fibres from wood pulp treated with chemicals. It has a silky appearance and feel and has the ability to breathe like to cotton.
LINEN - is a textile made from the fibres of the flax plant it is valued for its exceptional coolness and freshness in hot weather.
SILK - is a natural material which absorbs moisture, which makes it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is a delicate fabric that might need extra care.
TULLE - is a lightweight, very fine netting. It can be made of various fibres, including silk, nylon, and rayon. Tulle is most commonly used for ballet tutus.
WOOL - natural fibre, where possible, avoid washing wool garments; in most cases simply airing the garment is enough to freshen it up. Wash wool by hand or using the recommended washing machine programme. Use a mild detergent free from bleaching agents and enzymes. Remember that wool can become matted when worked too hard, and can shrink in sharp changes of temperature.
