HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE COST OF DELIVERY?
We’re shipping clothes within two working days and the shoes within ten working days from the order placement date.
We’re shipping with Polish Post priority mail or DHL courier.
Polish Post priority mail:
Local shipping within 1-2 working days. (3,5 EURO)
Shipping within the EU up to 7 working days. (6 EURO)
Shipping outside the EU between 7-10 working days. (8 EURO)
DHL courier
Local shipping next day. (5,5 EURO)
Shipping within EU next day. (28 EURO)
Shipping outside the EU between 7-10 working days. (50 EURO)
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. EFVVA cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

EFVVAS’ clothes, shoes and accessories are produced in Poland.

RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not fully satisfied with your product you always have the possibility to return your item within 10 days after you have received the item. You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding the return cost for the item. We’ll give you a full refund within 10 days by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags on so that we can sell them again. We will confirm your returns by email.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS RETURNS?
We try to process any returns within 3 working days of receiving them.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS.
If you have received the wrong items, contact our customer service and specify which products. Return the faulty items through our returns form. You will receive the correct items without additional costs for return and/or shipping.
