PRIVACY POLICY

On May 25, 2018, the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 came into force. / WE (RODO). Therefore, EFVVA fulfils its obligation to the persons whose data it processes and asks you to read the information below.

 

What personal data do we process?

In order to carry out the service, we collect personal data, such as: name and surname, postal address, necessary to receive the parcel; e-mail address in order to contact the recipient of the service and send a newsletter, for which he receives a voluntary consent during the subscription to the mailing list; nationality in order to identify the language of contact and content of the newsletter.

 

Who is the data administrator?

The administrator of personal data is we, or EFVVA – Company Niklas Hultqvist based in Krakow, ul. Karmelicka 22 / 10a 31-128 Kraków, entered in CEIDG by the City of Krakow, NIP 6762361834, REGON 122724404.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Your personal details are necessary for using the store's services. Customers are required to provide a valid postal address at which parcels can be picked up.

We process your e-mail address in order to contact you, if necessary, regarding the implementation of the order and to send a newsletter that contains information about our activities, discounts and sales. We process your data in order to perform the contract you have entered into with us when you give your consent to the newsletter. The legal basis for the processing of your data is, therefore, art. 6 par. 1 lit. b) THE RODO

 

Whom do we share your data with?

Your data is provided to entities that provide us with email delivery services (email addresses). In order to conduct our operations on the Internet, we need efficient and secure servers, including mail servers, which we rent from entities professionally dealing with data storage and providing electronic mail services - we also transfer personal data to them.

 

How long do we process your data?

Your data is processed until you withdraw your consent to send the Newsletter and for the period from the withdrawal of consent, until the day when you will not be able to claim from us in connection with the newsletter, in particular in connection with the transmission of unsolicited commercial information.

 

What are your rights and how you can use them?

You have, among other things, the right to request access to your personal data, rectify or limit their processing, and also to "be forgotten." You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data if you have received such information and submit an objection.

1. The right to confirm processing

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether your personal data is being processed, and if this is the case, you are entitled to access your data and obtain information about the processing of your data.

 

2. The right to rectify

You can request us to rectify your personal data immediately if you believe that they are incorrect or out of date. You can also ask us to supplement, if you think that your data is, due to the purpose in which we process the data, incomplete.

 

3. The right to be forgotten

You have the right to "be forgotten". This means that you can request removal of your personal data from us and we will delete the data immediately if:

a) personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we have the right to process it,

b) we process data based on your consent and you have withdrawn your consent,

c) You have objected to the processing of data by us (see item 6 below),

d) despite the fact that we strive to protect your data properly and process it in accordance with applicable laws, they are processed unlawfully,

e) the compulsion to delete the data results from the purpose of our legal obligation under the law of the European Union or the law of the Republic of Poland,

f) personal data were collected in connection with offering information society services to persons under 18 years of age.

 

4. The right to demand limitation of data processing

You can request us to limit the processing of your data if:

a) you question the accuracy of personal data - for a period allowing us to check the correctness of this data,

b) the processing of your data is unlawful in your assessment, but you are opposed to removing it, demanding instead to limit their use,

c) we no longer need personal data for processing, but you need it to establish, investigate or defend claims,

d) you objected to the processing of our data - until we find out whether the legitimate grounds on our side override the basis of your opposition.

 

5. The right to the data transfer

You can request that we send you, in a structured, commonly used computer-readable format, your personal information that you previously provided to us. You can send this data to another administrator and also ask us, if technically possible, to send data directly to another administrator. You have the right to transfer data only in relation to the data which we process on the basis of an agreement with you or on the basis of your consent.

 

6. The right to object

We process collected personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our services, so you have the right to object at any time (for reasons related to your particular situation) to the processing of data to the extent that the processing is done for direct marketing purposes. In this case, we will immediately stop processing your data for this purpose.

 

7. The right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint against our actions or omissions to the supervisory authority.
